"Be still with yourself until the object of your attention

affirms your presence."

Minor White

For decades my work has been about communication between the viewer and subject, changes in the light and the mood it creates. Shifting the awareness of perception is the foundation of my work. The moment of seeing, the intuitive way of working with my medium, creating a direct expression of the sensations of the observing eye, conveys the study of my work.

My extensive and diverse career has included; stone lithography and paintings in juried exhibitions, gallery shows, stained glass restoration in public and private spaces, public art projects, instructor in Linn/Johnson county art education and past owner of Creative Hand Gallery. Work can also be found in public and private collections.
